Product Features | ● Self-reparation: the material will not separate during construction, which may form stable and seamless waterproof layer. Waterproof layer damaged in construction and operation will be self-repaired to prevent water from infiltrating into waterproof layer, and to maintain the continuity of waterproof layer.● Adhesion: waterproof material can be adhered with base course even in water to ensure good waterproof effect when structural deformation occurs.● Leaching resistance: the waterproof material will not leach for the reason of underground water flushing after construction. ● Chemical resistance: excellent acid, alkali, and salt resistant performance; ● Easy construction: low requirements on base course and free from special treatment to shorten construction period, and construction at low temperature is allowed; ● Easy maintenance and management ● High solid content, and no volatile matters; ● Never solidify, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free; ● The product may be preserved in sealed container for a long period, without affecting its performance. |
Application Scope | NRC non-solidify rubber bitumen coating may be applied as waterproof treatment for newly constructed buildings, or to repair damaged waterproof layer. It is applicable to waterproofing of common places, as well as deformation joints and other special positions. Compared with other waterproof materials, it has unique advantages in waterproof treatment for special positions. |
Construction Features | ● The product may be used to form waterproof layer, or to adhere waterproof membranes as waterproof glue, so as to form composite waterproof layer.● It has good adhesive effect with all kinds of waterproof membranes (including EPDM rubber membrane, polyethylene polypropylene fiber waterproof membrane), which may form composite waterproof layer.● Adhering with base course to form skin-like waterproof layer to prevent channeling water; ● Low requirements on base course humidity, and construction may be implemented soon when water on base course is cleaned, so as to shorten construction period; ● Diversified process and convenient construction: the product may be painted or sprayed in construction. ● Outstanding low temperature constructability: spray construction may be implemented under low temperature conditions. ● High adaptability to structural deformation: the material has outstanding extensibility and adhesion to perfectly adapt to structural deformation, and to avoid waterproof layer damage caused by structural deformation. When forming composite waterproof layer with membranes, NRC non-solidify rubber bitumen coating can absorb all deformation stress to assure long-term intactness of composite waterproof layer. |
